Extended Stay Options
From November 1st thru April 30th, guests can book RV camp sites with no limit on the duration of their stay. Stay with us for a week, a month, or the entire winter!
Maximum reservation duration from April to September is 1 week. Extended stay option does not apply to the Stillwater Camp House or RV rentals. Reservations must be made with start and end dates between November 1st thru April 30th. We do not offer permanent long-term stays at Stillwater.

Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date:
A camp credit will be issued for a future stay, valid for 1 full year after issued. - Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date:
No camp credit will be issued. - For monthly RV site reservations cancelled 30 or more days from the arrival date:
For guests cancelling a month-long (or more) RV site reservation 30+ days from the arrival date, you may choose between a camp credit valid for 1 full year after issued, or a cash refund (minus a $500 extended-stay cancellation fee).
