To enter the crawfish boil contest:
For guests wanting to boil their own crawfish and enter the cook-off, fill out the online form to confirm your entry. Deadline for entry is Monday, April 10th.
$50 entry fee includes:
10 pounds of live crawfish with potatoes, corn, and mushrooms. Contestants provide their own seasonings/recipe. Contestants can make more than the 10 pounds provided, by bringing their own live crawfish.

$10 tasting ticket includes:
3 pounds of boiled crawfish to eat. Also gives access to sample all entries in the contest.
